Come along as the Hoodoo Gurus invite some of their favourite acts and key influences for a one-of-a-kind tour that celebrates 30 years since the release of Leilani (le Hoodoo Gurus iconic debut 7”) and a career that has spawned 34 brilliant singles (I Want You  Back, Bittersweet, What’s My Scene, Generation Gap, The Right Time et al), over a dozen albums (includes Electric Soup, a singles collection that peaked #3 on the mainstream charts) and a record of being one of Australia’s most consistent and  powerful live acts.
 
Invitees at the Perth show include brothers-in-spirit Redd Kross and The Fleshtones.
 
But that’s not all! In a personal celebration of this milestone, the Hoodoo Gurus have announced they will perform Stoneage Romeos (their landmark debut album) in its entirety. How excitement! Stoneage Romeos features regularly in Australia’s top 100 albums lists and in 2005 was the subject of it’s own tribute album ‘Stoneage Cameos’ featuring covers from The Living End, You Am I, Even and a host of profile contemporary acts of the day.
 
But that’s still not all…
 
To coincide with the tour Sony Records will release Gold Watch a Greatest Hits collection covering the bands entire 30-year-career and will also include Use-By-Date a brand new track recorded especially for this release. Gold Watch will be released on March 16th while Use-By-Date is available now via itunes.
